Parent’s Remote Assistance and Knowledge Support for Holistic Advancement of Kids
ThinkZone uses simple text messages, automated voice calls, and an interactive Whatsapp chatbot along with IVR services to assist parents to guide children through learning activities.
The educational content is provided to families at no cost, making it easily accessible for parents who wish to participate in their children's learning.
Along with WhatsApp Chatbot our learning content can be availed via SMS and IVRS making it handy for parents having feature phones. The activities are designed to be simple and doable, taking only 10-15 minutes a day to practice with children.

Simple Activities Using readily available Resources for Easy Implementation
The activity-based content is provided to ensure that parents and children find it fun and engaging. The content is based on usage of daily-use household items in explaining concepts. This is done so that parents with low socio-economic backgrounds can engage with children in learning activities at home. The user-friendly modules can be understood and implemented by parents regardless of their literacy level.
Interactive and engaging content for children
Parents can engage their children in the content by participating in activities that include listening and watching stories. During the course of the program, children are provided with content after their learning levels are identified. For this, a voice-based baseline assessment is conducted followed by regular assessments throughout the course of the program.
IVR Call and SMSes for Connecting the Unconnected
Our program provides instructions via SMS and automated voice calls in vernacular language to support parents who don’t have internet access. Children can engage by hearing activities on the toll-free number and giving answers, and can also speak directly to educators. Parents are also provided with a toll-free number that they can call to go through the content again.
