Dr. Prasanta has garnered extensive experience of over 36 years in the realm of education and educational administration. His tenure within the government of Odisha comprises distinguished roles, including Assistant Director in TE and SCERT, Programme Officer at MO School, and Principal and Lecturer at multiple teacher training colleges. He notably played a pivotal role in effectuating the concept of teacher training through technology.

During his tenure as Assistant Director in TE and SCERT, Govt of Odisha, from 2020-2023, Dr. Prasanta was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the training of school teachers and implementing quality learning initiatives across all schools in Odisha.

Dr. Prasanta holds a doctoral degree in Education and has received comprehensive training from distinguished organizations such as IOE-LONDON, MHRD, NCERT, UNICEF, WCD, and SCERT (Odisha and Gujarat). He has also extensively collaborated with numerous non-governmental organizations and projects.
