Engaging children at home and learning centers
Since the pandemic, we have been using remote instructions by phone and simple SMS messages along with automated voice calls to engage children in activity-based learning content. Our TIME fellows are also now providing education to children at learning centers while following all safety protocols and social distancing guidelines.
Parental ENgagement Workshops
With the ease in covid restrictions, we have started conducting parental engagement workshops in our learning centers. These workshops are a continuation of the Home Based Learning Program; to encourage parents to continue engaging with children at home even after the pandemic and contribute to their development.
welcoming new team members
We are excited to welcome a fantastic group of new members to our ThinkZone team. We welcomed them with an orientation to our organization and our work culture. Our new team members would be extending their support to our technology, operations, and program team.
ThinkZone Fellowship for urban youth
ThinkZone begins its new initiative for the urban youth in the form of a fellowship. Through this fellowship, ThinkZone would equip youth to run learning centers for children in their own communities. Through the duration of one year, they would also upskill themselves in pedagogy and 21st-century skills.
