THE STATE OF THE STATE CONCLAVE ODISHA
Our founder Binayak Acharya was a part of “The State of the State Conclave Odisha 2022” organized by India Today in
association with the Government of Odisha. In the conclave, Binayak spoke about the opportunities and challenges for new-age entrepreneurs in Odisha and discussed how ThinkZone’s unique planning and strategies helped reach its end users.
WORKSHOPS IN COLLEGES
Through various workshops, we aim to create awareness about the importance of technology in education and the youth’s role in transforming the sector. This month, we conducted workshop at the National Institute of Social Work and Social Sciences (NISWASS) college in Bhubaneswar. Students from Masters in Social Work department have attended the workshop.
NEW BATCH OF FELLOWS
Our second batch of ThinkZone fellowships has begun this month. The fellows will assist children in improving their literacy and numeracy skills in their communities. Twelve new batches of fellows from Cuttack, Kendrapada, and Khorda districts have joined us.
LIVE WITH LEARNING EQUALITY
Our team member Itishree joined as a speaker in a webinar “Accelerated Education Initiatives in Response to the COVID-19 Learning Gap” organized by Learning Equality. In the webinar, she shared our strategies to bridge the learning gap and discussed the things to consider when planning a learning recovery program.
