Sunita joined our learning enhancement program as an educator. Currently, she supports teachers of a government aided primary school. She truly believed in the potential of each and every one of her students. She went above and beyond to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment where all students felt valued and supported. Sunita spent countless hours creating lesson plans that were tailored to the individual needs of her students, and she was always willing to adapt and change her approach if something wasn’t working. Her passion for teaching and her dedication to her students was evident in everything she did.
One of her students, Kabita, was a shy and reserved child who struggled in mathematics. Sunita worked closely with Kabita, providing extra one-on-one support and encouragement. She also introduced various games that helped her to improve her numeracy skills. Through Sunita’s patience and guidance, Kabita’s numeracy skills improved dramatically. She began to participate more in class and even won third prize in the mathematics race. Sunita is a true inspiration to her fellow educators and to us.
