Minakshi finished her intermediate studies in 2017. But after completing intermediate she wasn’t able to continue her education, instead began coaching community children to support her family’s finances. In 2020, she joined our learning enhancement program and currently teaches in a government aided primary school.

In 2020, she joined our learning enhancement program and currently teaches in a government aided primary school.
“While coaching at home, I used conventional methods to teach children the way I had learned in school. But after I joined the training program in ThinkZone, I participated in all training sessions. And I learned many things, including communication, play-based methodology, teaching children using resources. This aided me to be better in teaching children. Now I use many activities in the classroom”, says Minakshi.
Minakshi is instrumental in encouraging children to participate in various extracurricular activities and explore their potential. Due to her efforts, students from Balisahi School were chosen to participate in the state-level festival “Suravi,” organised by the state government.
