Updates from our home-based learning program

There has been a substantial increase in parents’ participation in our home-based learning program. This month, we observed active participation in parental engagement workshops held in different places. There has also been a surge in both the quantity and duration of calls received on our toll-free number. Additionally, we have noticed a rise in the number of parents who have connected with us via our WhatsApp channel. These developments highlight a crucial step in our mission to promote collaborative learning and equip parents with the necessary tools to support their child’s learning.

FLN Camps in Schools
ThinkZone has been facilitating workshops focused on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), in accordance with the recommendations of the NIPUN Bharat Mission. These workshops aim to foster the development of children’s foundational skills through engaging activities and games.

Celebrated National Science Day
ThinkZone celebrated National Science Day with a creative “Best Out of Waste” activity aimed at teaching our students the concept of biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials. Our students, with the guidance of their educators, created innovative projects and learned the importance of sustainability.

Training of Trainers
At ThinkZone, we recognize the critical role of Training of Trainers (ToT) in our program. As in previous months, this month also our facilitators came together to share their experiences during training sessions, provide valuable feedback, and collaboratively plan for the following month. Through these initiatives, we are continuously striving to improve the quality of education and ensure that our facilitators are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional educational experiences for students.

Increased App usage
As we continue to onboard more educators, we are delighted to see a drastic increase in the usage time on the ThinkZone app. Our educators are now utilizing the app to deliver educational content more effectively to children in their communities. We are happy to share that the average time spent on the app has increased significantly by 27 minutes this month, indicating its usefulness among educators. Celebrated National Girl Child Day
